3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and activity conducted through your fifo88 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. 3.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded a login or wagering transaction for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. fifo88 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, as published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email or SMS prior to the application of any inactivity fee.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fifo88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. 4.2 Personal Accounts Only. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party payment accounts — including payment accounts held by family members — are prohibited. fifo88 reserves the right to reverse deposits where the originating payment account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to additional review where fifo88's risk management systems flag the request. fifo88 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for eligible e-wallet withdrawals under normal operating conditions; however, this is a performance target and not a contractual guarantee.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits, are displayed in the account dashboard and payment section of the fifo88 Platform. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method.
4.5 Currency. fifo88 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Exchange rates applied by fifo88 are final.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. fifo88 maintains compliance procedures consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. fifo88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. 5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on fifo88 are subject to acceptance by fifo88 in its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted and a confirmation reference has been issued through the Platform. fifo88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without explanation.
5.2 Palpable Errors. If a bet is accepted by fifo88 as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly listed odds, incorrectly described events, or software errors — fifo88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Where a player deliberately exploits a known or suspected error, fifo88 reserves the right to void the bet and close the account.
5.3 Game Results. For live casino games, the result recorded by the live dealer studio is final. For sportsbook events, results are determined based on official result sources as identified by fifo88. For RNG (Random Number Generator) games, the outcome generated by the certified RNG system at the time of play is final and cannot be disputed.
5.4 Responsible Betting. fifo88 strongly encourages all players to bet within their means. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to receive multiple welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets across accounts, or using automated systems to systematically meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. fifo88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus-related balances and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not claimed or that fail to meet the applicable wagering requirement within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance. Expiry periods are published in the terms of each promotion and are strictly enforced.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fifo88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the fifo88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and data — is owned by fifo88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The fifo88 name and logo are trademarks of fifo88 and may not be used without prior written consent.
8.2 Limited Licence. fifo88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, or mirror any part of the fifo88 Platform. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any fifo88 software. Any use of the Platform or its content beyond the limited licence described above is strictly prohibited.
9.1 Platform Availability. fifo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fifo88 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the Platform and its content.
9.2 Wagering Losses. fifo88 is not liable for any betting or gaming losses suffered by players using the Platform. Participation in betting and casino games involves inherent financial risk and players assume all risk of loss associated with wagering activity.
9.3 Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fifo88 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
9.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. fifo88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fifo88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 fifo88's Right to Suspend. fifo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, where fifo88 reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, poses a money laundering risk, or where suspension or termination is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, fifo88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with its breach and fraud recovery policy. Where termination is at fifo88's discretion without player fault, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting fifo88 support. Voluntary closure requests from players who are self-excluding for responsible gaming reasons will be treated in accordance with the fifo88 Responsible Gaming policy. 11.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which fifo88 is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and fifo88 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact fifo88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. fifo88 will endeavour to respond to all formal written complaints within ten (10) business days.
11.3 Binding Arbitration. If an informal resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
11.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in any class action proceeding against fifo88.
12.1 Right to Amend. fifo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Where an amendment materially affects player rights, fifo88 will endeavour to provide notice via registered contact details (SMS or email) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amendment taking effect.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the fifo88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting fifo88 support.
12.3 Version History.
